How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for airport rides. Same-day requests are sometimes available depending on schedule.
What airports do you serve?
We provide service to and from Chicago O'Hare (ORD), Chicago Midway (MDW), and Rockford International Airport (RFD). Long-distance rides are also available.
When is payment collected?
Full payment is collected at booking to confirm your ride.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time, fees may apply.
P.S. Before the 12-hour window, you can use the "Booking Updates" link in your confirmation email to change your pickup time or date.
What are your business hours?
We operate daily from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you need a ride outside these hours, feel free to call or text and we'll do our best to help.
How many passengers can you take?
Our black SUV service accommodates up to 4 passengers comfortably.
Do you help with luggage?
Yes - we're happy to assist with luggage during pickup and drop-off.
Will you track my flight for airport pickup?
Yes. For airport pickups, we track your flight and adjust pickup time if your flight is early or delayed.
Where do you pick up at O'Hare?
We typically pick up at the Arrivals level at your terminal. After you land, we'll confirm the exact door/spot by text or call.
Do you offer flat rates?
Yes. We focus on flat-rate pricing with no surge pricing, so you know the cost before you book.
Is tipping required?
No - tips are never required, but always appreciated.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. You can book one-way or round-trip service. Many clients prefer round trips for airport travel.
Do you provide car seats?
At this time, clients must provide their own child car seat if needed.
